Welcome Pat Kelly, Our New Executive Director
The Community Service Center of Wilmore-High Bridge (CSC) Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Pat Kelly has accepted the position of Executive Director. Pat has already begun working alongside outgoing Executive Director Koby Miller as of November 18, 2024, and will work with her closely through the end of the year as she transitions to retirement.
Originally from New Jersey, Pat recently relocated to Jessamine County, Kentucky, with his wife Madison, where they are both pursuing studies at Asbury Theological Seminary (ATS). Pat brings a wealth of experience and a strong reputation for leadership in both campus ministry and retail organizations. Past colleagues described him as a compassionate and sensitive individual attentive to the needs of others, an exceptional organizer, a creative thinker, and a diligent worker. In addition, Pat has a proven track record of building strong partnerships, seeking advice and support, and successfully achieving goals.
We are delighted to welcome Pat Kelly to the Community Service Center of Wilmore High Bridge,” said Melissa Johnston, Chair of the CSC Board of Directors Internal Relations Committee. “Pat’s background and commitment to serving others make him a good fit for this role. We are confident that he will build on the great work of Koby Miller while bringing new energy and ideas to the Community Service Center.”
Pat’s leadership will help ensure a smooth transition as Koby prepares to retire, and the CSC Board of Directors is excited about the growth and continued positive community impact under his direction.
Who We Are and How We Serve
The Community Service Center of Wilmore-High Bridge has been a vital resource in the community comprising the 40390 area since its founding in 1981. The CSC assists the residents in times of financial struggle by assisting with rent and utility costs, regular food distribution, clothing, and household items through our Thrift Shop, and connections to other supportive resources in the community. With a mission to provide restorative social services in the Christian tradition of mercy and hope, we strive to positively impact the lives of those in the community when they need it most.
